Candice’s Candy

一大早起來，先用了土司吃，
馬上把衣服換好，早早就出門了，
因為下午二點半要回來劃飛機的位置，
先是到Robson Street上逛，
但我只買了一個量杯，因為我把我之前買的，
送給我好心給我住的同學啦！

東逛西逛的，又到了Pacific centre去，
買了毛帽跟手套，就沒事了，
只是就慢慢走，順便看看加拿大人的生活，

來介紹一下我住的房子吧！
我只有照跟我有關的部份，
其它的我就沒有照，畢竟有個人隱私的問題啦！

首先，這是給來體驗者用的電腦，
只是我有Notebook，所以我就用無線網路。


這張則是大門和到樓下的樓梯，
樓下是他們家小孩住的，我沒有照就是了。

昨天跟同學聊天，我說除了逛街外，
還真的不知去哪裡好，他就說，
那你就去Graville Island，
一開始的想法是，當初Canada Day，
我就已經去過了，但後來想想，
上次去都是去逛擺攤的，我好像沒好好的逛，
所以我就決定今天去那啦！


先上Google上規劃我的路線，

昨天早早就睡了，所以相對的，
我很早就起來了，順便起來調溫哥華的冬季時間，
就是再往前調一個小時就是了，
後來因為怕吵到同學，我就耳朵掛上耳機，
在那邊看影片，一直到同學起床。

中午本來要教他其它的料理的，
結果他說，去吃「金太郎」啦！
我說好，這家店是賣日本拉的麵，
在溫哥華很有名，常常都要排隊，

首先，我要講的是，我真的有變胖，
所以不要跟我說我變胖了，
來這裡是換宿，所以吃的很好，
但還好我只來幾個月而已，
不然我想就可怕了，哈~~
回去該減肥了，我想我可以煮東西給大家吃，
但我大概會先不吃，因為要減肥外，
就是我要吃台灣小吃啦！

來介紹我的家人啦！

一大早，先去把早餐吃了，
再來把房間的棉被床單拿去洗，
和一些要要丟的，要回收的，
全部清一清，再來就是把該收的東西，
全部塞到行李箱去，後來就很閒，
等待十一點的到來，因為準備要坐公車了。

但就在研究坐公車之餘，
Liz告訴我說，David要去溫哥華，
他可以順便載我去，但我必須幫忙一些事，

Dear All,

First of all, I would like to say thank you to everyone! I really enjoy living here for the past 15 weeks. I very love this family. I ate lot delicious and different types of food. That's so yummy. Liz, I want to thank you for teaching me everything. You are such a good teacher no matter in cooking, baking, or planting. I have known a lot of herbs right now and I will plant some in my house when I go back to Taiwan. Please remember to send the photos of front garden to me next summer. I will cook lots delicious dishes I learned here.

David thanks for teaching me some business knowledge like Peter Principle. And thanks Jacqui for showing me how to make pancakes correctly. I really enjoyed the baking. Thanks Jason for letting me play cello for a bit. Thank you for Michael, even though we talked less, I enjoyed to work with you. Thank you for Rosalie that you shared some photos with me and you will remember that was my first time baking muffins and the muffins were burned. I am sure we both will remember this interesting experience. Spencer is very cute; I will really miss you and my Tom (car). When you grow up, I hope you can come to visit Taiwan.

I was very happy that I have done so many activities and attended lots events such as: picked blueberries, went to Agrifair, International Airshow and Feast of Fields (UBC), attended June & Naoki Wedding, shopped in market, took photos in border and fed cows and horses…etc. I am so lucky that I have this chance to improve my listening and speaking skill in English and to learn a lot about grapes and wines. I told you that I didn't like cats and dogs before, but I like lily, Billy and Tommy now. I learn a lot of Canadian culture like Canadian fish dish, there are no fish eyes in it and Napkin Ring is used in formal party… etc. I love organic food as it is very healthy and I will tell my mom to build a decomposer. I can't believe that I even learned how to take care children, change diapers and wash baby's butt. Ha~~ so fun.

I had a wonderful memory here. I won't forget the joyful time with you all. I am going back to Taiwan soon. I hope I can come back to Canada in the future with my boyfriend. If you want to come to Taiwan, I would love to be your tour guide to show you around. Wish you all the best. Take care.

今天是萬聖節，也是我在酒莊的最後一天，
外面下著大雨，但我還是跟Liz出門去，
我們先去Co-op超市逛，買了我的指定晚餐，
今天的晚餐由我決定，我想吃百里香檸檬豬肉片、
Greek salad、酸奶大麵包、烤馬鈴薯。
Co-op的工作人員，全都有裝扮，
從辣妹巫婆、稻草人、小丑到乳牛，
什麼怪裝扮都有，感覺很不錯，
真有過節的氣氛，只是Liz家的小孩都跟我一樣大，
所以他們也沒打算過節，只是前幾天刻一下南瓜啦！

今天一大早，一樣的做了Apple chips，
後來就跟Liz去拿掉葡萄樹的tube，
用了一個早上，我們只用了兩列就是了。

中午吃了火雞肉漢堡和之前剩的天婦羅，
下午就在前花園，幫忙做一些之前沒種的花草，
後來就下起大雨了，Liz就跟我兩個人，
開著Kubota到處去移東西，真的很好玩，
就感覺開著小車，在葡萄園奔馳啦！

今天一大早，先是做Apple chips，
因為Rosalie拿了專門切片的機器來，
所以我很快的就用完了，
再來就一樣是種葡萄樹，
一樣的慢慢用，只是Potting的量快沒了，
種到中午，回去吃午餐，
午餐吃的是南瓜濃湯加麵包，
真的很好吃，下午一樣是種樹，
只是用了一個小時就沒事用了。
